First things first. My husband said it looks like a tongue and now that's all I can see and now I do kind of feel like I'm washing my face with a vibrator but anyhow.This facial brush has 5 different settings. I don't know that they are really deep cleaning more than the silicone bristles, but I think it feels nice and is relaxing. I also feel like my face is cleaner than if I don't use the brush. It has a timer so it automatically turns off. I have accidentally hit the power button so the setting will change, but it's not all the time.The shape of the brush does fit perfect for cleaning your nose and I really like that because that's a problem area for me.All in all, I like it. I just wish it didn't look like a tongue or that my husband didn't have such a dirty mind.
