They were cute enough and looked LIKE the picture. In the photo, the black "16s" appear to be larger than the silver ones. It wasn't mine. They were the same size, which I think is fine. I liked the idea of having two different sizes, but again, it was good. But let me tell you. . The fiber that holds them together is very FRAGILE! They come in separate plastic bags and are a bit tangled (not too bad or anything, but you have to be careful with that of course!) and I was afraid to pull them too tight for fear they'd fall apart. At least they were cute enough and fit my needs for my daughter's sweet sixteen party. Love that they were NOT PINK! Believe it or not folks, but not all girls want PINK for their party!
