I've steamed my face for years, but I did it "old school" style. That meant bringing a pot of water to a boil, laying down a towel to protect the kitchen counter, and bending over it hoping there was enough steam to open the pores. It was so annoying that I only did it once every few months. I've read reviews of a facial steamer that is way more expensive than this one but didn't want to pay that much if it didn't work for me. Luckily a friend had a nano steamer and she said it was half the price of another brand. I tried it. I liked it. I bought two! Now I can vape anytime, it only takes a few seconds to generate steam and I can do it anywhere (not just on the kitchen counter like a pot of boiling water). Facial steaming not only opens up the pores and cleans them, but also makes all treatments/facials/masks/etc. work much better. Cool water splashes on the skin after the procedure etc. close the cleaned pores. My favorite thing to do after vaping is a mud or sheet mask. They work 10 times better after steaming than alone. Steaming plumps the skin (and lips♡♡♡) temporarily, so I can't go without it on special occasions when I want to look good. Besides skin care, it is great for runny nose and stuffy nose. I reserve the second as Family de Staffer. Also, the included skin care kit is very convenient. Not cheap and flimsy like I expected from a freebie! A word of advice: cover your head with a towel and let the steam hit your face for more focus.
