PROS: - Chemical and fluoride free - Contains Zinc (Zinc naturally inhibits bacteria and plaque build up and helps speed wound healing - I think bleeding gums) - No burning sensation - No sharp mint taste or strong/weird aftertaste - Food doesn't taste funny right after rinsing - Reduces inflammation and bleeding around my gums with regular use - Leaves breath clean and has a slight minty taste CONS: - Price per Dose: When using 1-2 capsules 2-3 times a day (at the recommended dose stated on the bottle) this mouthwash can last 2-3 weeks. I have personally found that 1/2 cap of cleaner to 1 cap of water gets me clean and saves me money (1 bottle easily lasts a month). All in all, I would definitely recommend trying this cleanser.
