Terrible - software HORRIBLE

Parents bought it as a gift (Sams Club). It's terrible. Setup was easy and the device lasted a full 6 hours. Since then, nothing I've done has allowed me to use the device. I've tried setting it back to Wi-Fi, deleting it and adding it again - nothing seems to work.
