Agree with Kim, stated size is off.
I bought what was reported to be a size range 11-13 (XL) since I wear 11.5. The back of the package (per Kim) shows what I got was 12.5-15. Assuming this to be U.S. sizing, the XL is too big. I'd say more appropriate for a 12-14. And indeed, when I put them on, they were a little too big. Since I wear 11.5, I will keep them as they are only slightly too big.
