I will confess that this is my first experience with a steam cleaner but based on the feedback from others and the answers to questions I had high hopes that it would actually help me clean. all he did was make some moisture in my bathroom. I don't see any difference in the places I've used it, so either it doesn't work or everyone else has a different idea of cleanliness than mine. The "English" in the "Manual" is so bad that it actually confuses me. Also, the manual says it's only 175ml, but I don't see how that could be true. it looks a lot more. the light stayed on, but due to useless instructions I don't know what that means. So I turned it off and let it cool down to see if it was empty yet, although others said it worked for 15 minutes and I only tried about 3.5. I might try another brand - one that shows how much water is in the tank and doesn't have to hold two things to make it work (another tidbit not explained in the manual). It's really cumbersome and makes it difficult to use even for a minute (you have to hold down the slide switch while simultaneously squeezing the handle to release the steam).
