Fantastic radio for everyday use.

This is a fantastic device. Combined with a great Black Friday deal, that's no problem. It went into an older Chevy Colorado with an OEM radio that could only play radio stations. The radio he replaced had a broken disc player, no aux jack, no bluetooth. It was painful. Bought with a Metra GM interface adapter, an antenna adapter and a double din Metra GM installation kit (brackets only, I didn't need the faceplate). Installation was a breeze. I used butt joints with shrink fittings. I haven't even tried connecting a reversing camera or parking brake to the DVD player. I don't watch DVDs while parking, so that's not a problem. The device fits perfectly, looks as it should and works great. Calls from the Metra install kit were key as losing my OEM radio is lost in GM vehicles. Sound quality - know what you are buying. I have a small pickup with 6 speakers. It doesn't take much to get loud in my car. If you want to hook up an amp and get a high-performance system, you may be disappointed. This isn't even an attempt to compete with high-end devices. This is for the everyday average user. It sounds fantastic to me. Bluetooth capabilities are great and don't miss a second (except when my phone needs to re-buffer the signal). I'm assuming the aux jack works fine, but I haven't used it. The fewer wires the better! Bluetooth charging is also supported, which is nice. I've made/received several calls - the device is wonderful. The people on the other end didn't even know I was in my truck and said it sounded amazing. I have no complaints about the sound played through car speakers. This radio is built for the average user and offers performance well above average. I highly recommend if you are looking for a replacement for your OEM radio.
