These ACT Dry Mouth tablets are excellent for relieving dry mouth. Especially if you snore or have CPAP, you should try these. There's also a mint flavor, but I prefer honey-lemon. They seem to last a few hours in my sleep and I haven't gagged and swallowed them in my sleep yet. I make sure they are in the front near the roof of the mouth so they stay in place during sleep. If you can tolerate it, try between the gum and the cheek. Definitely moisturizes the mouth.
