The first 5-6 days after applying the cream, there was a slight tingling and general redness, which disappeared after a few minutes. After a few weeks, I noticed that superficial blood vessels weren't as visible anymore, and my overall complexion was definitely more even and not as red. A little goes a long way and I don't think I fully realized it when I started using it, so it's only been two months and I'm almost done. Pleasant to the touch, the smell is unobtrusive. The only reason for four stars instead of five is the price, but I would buy it again.
