The pairing is very easy, the sound is excellent. The song will automatically pause when the device is turned off, and resume the same song (assuming the music app used to stream on the phone is still open) when power is restored. I was not expecting that! The trick is to use a power connector that can be turned off (with the ignition key). On many vehicles, one port works this way and the other ports are on all the time. For example, on my 2012 Mazda3 the connector on the dash is switched and ironically the connector on the console is always where the AUX input is, so I had to use a longer AUX cable than the one that came with it, but I've had it . so no big deal. Ideally the Mazda3 would allow me to set up a switch in the console by simply sliding the fuse like some other manufacturers allow, or tweak the configuration etc. Then it would all be out of sight and a super clean little add-on but me can live with the fact that it's just wonderful.
