Punctured after one use

I bought this product for my baby who struggles with gas.
After one use, following the directions, only heating to 20 seconds, both gel packs have busted. Of course the product can only be returned if unused, but so frustrating to waste my money on a product that worked for the one time I used it.

Pros

Perfect for baby after shots. Haven’t needed to use Tylenol. Brought fever down instantly!!

Cons

The heat pack started breaking out in 2 uses. Would not recommend product
