The customer support team is friendly yet efficient as I have always been able speak with them through email or phone calls! My account manager makes suggestions if there are any problems but doesn't push me into doing certain things without my consent - sometimes it feels like some companies make promises they won/gonna do what's best so often times follow up turns out not be worth much at end result after going thru process multiple timewithout results (negative). Good thing about this service? Well honestly from my experience when i'm having specific questions relating campaign creation etc., usually within 3-4 days someone else will answer those question via their social media page. I like how easy they are with communicating changes or problems as well their ability when it comes down too budgeting our ads is very helpful! nothing really at this point so far i do not have any dislikes however if there was something specific then maybe? just overall great platform!! would highly recommend getting them onboarded into running an account because communication issues could be avoided which will help build confidence between both parties.
