There was 1 star for my rating because it simply didn't work, as many others have described where no foam is produced. Given the low cost, I took a chance trying this product, but in this case the odds were against me. Aside from the fact that (1) this foam gun doesn't throw foam (the most annoying thing), (2) the water comes out in a very powerful jet, you need to make sure the restrictor blades are very close together at the nozzle tip to create an acceptable "fan" -Pattern preserved, and (3) regardless of the setting of the foam button above, the foam was never visible. My guess is that the problem is that I read in another review where the buyer had to drill a hole where the bottle hose connects, but ultimately this exercise shouldn't be necessary. I actually came back here to Revain to try to return the item but the return/exchange or refund option is not available. Looks like I'm going to buy a more reputable foam gun. Thank you for reading.
