While it wasn't the most expensive office chair I could buy, it wasn't cheap. After less than a month of use, the cylinder broke and the chair physically rocks back and forth with every movement. This chair is used for work and it's very distracting and quite frankly very annoying when it happens throughout the day as every time I move the base of the chair it wobbles. Very disappointed at nearly $200 spent. There is also no way to leave feedback on the purchase to the seller, so I cannot contact anyone for a replacement or repair.
