I LOVE IT! We just got back from a two week trip to Montana where my grandkids and I did the Dinosaur Trail. I was so glad I spotted them, bought them and fitted them to our caravan which didn't come with them in 2015. Even though they are small they are powerful magnets and now I just open the door and they open without using those magnets. Clips to hold doors open. I didn't remove the old latches as there would then be holes to fill in and fight where the latches are installed and since they don't interfere with the door in any way I just left the latch in place. I made sure I wanted to place them, they connected them and held them with tape, then drilled pilot holes, added some silicone to the hole, then slowly screwed in the screw and repeated as there are two holes. in every piece. About half an hour max and you're done! As in the photo, I installed the lower door latch into the black strip on the trailer. At the same time, since the latches are placed a little low on the door, they do not lie flat against each other, but slightly touch each other, they are tight. They might have been farther from the door, but I wanted them to match the "latch". They are well made and work great! During our trip I noticed that these magnets are actually slightly larger than many I've seen on newer devices and I said they work great. A quick and easy upgrade for any RV storage door if yours doesn't have magnetic mounts.
