Review on ALTRA Paradigm Men's Road Running Shoe by Jeff Grindley

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Best fit and feel and fit I've found. Great for PF sufferers.

Shoes are a subjective thing. I'm a 50 year old big guy who survived a couple of brutal fights with PF. For now, I can get away with Hoka or Altras. I like how the hokas feel, the toe box could be wider but they look a bit silly. Altra Paradigm is the best I've found. In others I wear baggy pants, but here I avoid the standards, just increase the size by 1/2. The heel cup is tight which fixes my foot. The sock may look bulky, but it looks great. All shoes should look like this. I just went from 2.5 to 4.5 and the fit and feel is still perfect for me. They didn't let PF come back and for that I will be their fan forever.

Pros
  • Clothing, shoes and jewelry
Cons
  • Infinitely slow
