In the box you will find two hooks and four screws for mounting. Apparently the rubber on the hooks is not a coating but a sleeve pulled over the hooks as there are creases in the folds. It's a bit unsightly, but you won't mount them on the wall in the dining room; It's for a garage or shed, so it doesn't matter. The sleeves are strong and offer good thick protection for the metal hooks. As for "heavy duty" I'm not sure if it's 50 pounds. For a garage or shed I think the heavy duty is closer to 100 pounds. But if it is clear how much weight this item has, then I'm fine. These two hooks went into the garage in less than five minutes and have been working flawlessly ever since. Documentation: You will receive a 3-page brochure in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and Japanese. Almost all of these are installation instructions. The instructions are simple and straightforward and even have nice graphics to make them perfectly understandable. There is a URL for submitting feedback and a URL for contacting support. Conclusion: This is a set of steel hooks for large/heavy storage. They lift easily and do their job perfectly, and the hooks have a thick coating to protect your valuable items.
