My husband works long hours on his feet and has had back problems including lumbosacral pain in the back leg. I bought it as part of his Christmas present and he loved it. We had problems with the first unit but customer service helped us to replace it. It has multiple attachments and is easy to use. I sit at my desk all day at work and my upper back and shoulders hurt. Due to many attachments, we can both experience relief with this product. It comes with a universal pouch and an accessory pouch, making it easy to use on the go. The instructions for use tell you which attachments work for which areas and how much relief each brings. I've attached a picture of it because I thought it might help! Haven't used it long enough to comment on battery life, but I'm sure we'll be happy! I recommend this product!
