Nice, but not good: hair dryers and accessories

I have mixed-race hair, which means I'm always on the go trying to get a handle on it. I've found combing with a round brush during styling doesn't work on my very long curly hair. I prefer to use a flat iron or a comb with a blow dryer and then a flat iron. There aren't many hair dryers like this on the market other than the ones specifically geared towards my demographic (if you get what I mean). So this hair dryer is for you. When I received the package I tested it first and the first thing I noticed was the amazing comb attachment. It is made of durable plastic and the pick's teeth are thick and well designed. I don't think you will have problems with comb breakage. But the hair dryer itself is unsuccessful. The hair dryer has a very nice red color and is relatively quiet, but it is very uncomfortable to hold in your hands for a long period of time. It felt like my hands would slip off the handle, not to mention the control buttons are right where you hold the dryer, which is definitely annoying. The hair dryer doesn't seem to get very hot either. I need strong warmth and it was so-so. I used to have an Andis hair dryer and even though my Andis is only 1875 watts, my hair seemed a lot smoother. I have now purchased a 2200w Allure hair dryer sold here on Amazon http://www.amazon.com/Allure-2200w-Professional-Ionic-Ceramic/dp/B00SKQFT4I and it has worked surprisingly well for me is working. My drying time was reduced to 12 minutes. Also, the Hot Tools Hair Dryer Comb is perfect for this one. Check!
