Because of the hoop at the bottom, this petticoat gives my dress the exact fullness I want. Better yet, I can adjust the hoop to achieve the ideal poof, not too big. Also, it makes walking in the dress so much easier. Before using this slip, I felt I was stepping onto the inner layer of my dress constantly. Now I can walk without feeling anything on my feet. Great. The quality is not top notch, but this isn't something you will wear repeatedly, so it is fine. For this price, I am very happy with the purchase.
