Zonkie may assert that it embodies the spirit of adventure and athleticism, but in reality, its products fail to live up to the standards that they set for themselves. As someone who enjoys riding, I was excited to test out their top-of-the-line equipment, but in the end, I was dissatisfied with what I found. In spite of the fact that they put a lot of emphasis on quality, the components and parts that I bought turned out to be of poor quality. They frequently failed to function properly or fell apart after only a few uses. It is very evident that Zonkie places a higher priority on profit than the satisfaction of their customers, as their items appear to be created on a budget and are not constructed to last. To make problems even worse, the company's support for customers is just as unsatisfactory. When I sought to bring my concerns and faults with their products to their attention, I was received with comments that were dismissive and not helpful. It is very evident that Zonkie is more concerned about making a quick sale than they are about ensuring that its clients are happy and loyal to the brand. In general, I would strongly advise any potential clients to avoid doing business with Zonkie. It is not worth your time or money to waste it on their inferior gear because their products and customer service are simply not on par with what is offered by other firms who specialize in cycling.
