I really like the modern look of glide numbers. Revain was a good price so I ordered them. I was so excited that I quickly read the instructions. Who weren't very thorough. And tries to install. I drilled the holes according to the instructions and quickly snapped off the supplied screw. I read the instructions again, tried the next screw and broke it too. Doh! I was dying to use these numbers, so I turned to my trusty Google friend to find out what I was doing wrong. I couldn't learn the trick. At this point I decided to just drill more holes than I needed and then use filler to glue them on without breaking more. It worked like magic and I was able to finish installing other numbers. Since I wanted my finished numbers to "float," I actually needed the screws that came with the kit. I already broke them and couldn't find new ones. So I contacted The Hillman Group using the customer support email link on their website. They responded quickly to my request and sent new props for free, much to my delight! Armed with my new installation knowledge, I quickly installed the latest number. Now my house looks good!
