It's light and has fans, but the fan seems to hit something. I definitely don't know if I could use it if it wasn't. Although this is actually a break for my laptop which is connected to the docking station. The question I also asked is "Anyone else have a constant ticking fan noise?" How can I contact the company about this? ***Edit: After a week or two, anything that's ever bumped into something else (probably a fan blade) and making a ticking noise is probably worn enough to not make a noise, so it's pretty quiet now. A 1 or 2 star rating is probably appropriate and I think 1 star draws more attention to both the rating and the issue. so i go
