When I first saw this product I was so excited to make it a closet for my newborn until I moved and he got his own room. It arrived within a reasonable time of course because it's Best Buy. Now when I opened the box I glanced at the pieces because I'm usually never missing pieces. THE INSTRUCTIONS AREN'T REALLY INSTRUCTIONS just pictures saying place letter A B C or whatever here with the picture. Ok whatever seems pretty easy still until you get to parts where the back piece can't be seen exactly where to place. So half way through putting it together I notice I'm MISSING 2 PARTS. Instead I have 2 extra pieces I can't use. I contact amazon about the 2 pieces I need and every answer I got was to return the product. But it's 2 pieces I didn't want to return it and look for anything else because I was in love with this. The product was sold out so there was nothing they could do. At one point they even told me if I could find the 2 pieces I needed they would provide it but mind you NO PIECE HAS A NAME ONLY A LETTER. the thickness of the product isn't very thick nor is it thin but it's sturdy-ish and would do the job if I had the pieces I needed. I did end up ripping one piece trying to put it together with nails on so that should tell you how thick it is. I honestly wouldn't recommend this to anyone because a lot of other people have the same problem with missing pieces and having to return the whole thing.
