The product is great, the only thing I think could be improved on would be the instructions. There aren't any words, just poorly printed pictures. It's like a 4 year old drew the directions. It's so confusing. I had to have my brother come put it together for me. I'm perfectly capable of assembling something this simple, had I had decent instructions.

When I first saw this product I was so excited to make it a closet for my newborn until I moved and he got his own room. It arrived within a reasonable time of course because it's Best Buy. Now when I opened the box I glanced at the pieces because I'm usually never missing pieces. THE INSTRUCTIONS AREN'T REALLY INSTRUCTIONS just pictures saying place letter A B C or whatever here with the picture. It was a bit of a b*tch in the beginning between installing the pipes, connectors, and organizing the pieces. The instructions were a little unclear from time to time.As you can see, it was still a nice set up in the end.

I wasn’t incredibly happy with the final product. I bought two of them for each of my kids and within only a couple months, one of them already crumbled and collapsed. My son didn’t have many clothes, not a lot of additional items on the shelves, but someone the front rods buckled and his whole closet came crashing down. Great buy for a temporary wardrobe. Building it was a pain, but if you mess up then it's a bigger pain fixing your mistake. Once the aluminum bars are in the joints, they're pretty difficult to undo which can lead to damaging the materials. Also the aluminum bars aren't that strong by itself, be careful not to bend it by accident. Overall, if this thing is built correctly it works like a charm. Can hold a bunch of my clothes and I havent had any problems with the zippers on this thing yet

the directions are not directions. it came with 76 bars and plastic attachments werent in a bag, but just thrown in with the poles. i literally spent almost 2 hours putting together by looking at a poorly labeled picture. the plastic connectors are cheap and easy to bend when connecting the poles to them. i did get all the pieces with a few extras. but like most reviews said it is a flimsy product. but will work for some items. do not expect to hand heavy or multiple items in this. when put…

Wow, you better set aside a couple hours of your day to put this together. Instructions have no words, just brief diagrams with letters. Putting it together was a chore and a half. It’s not super sturdy. Not sure how long it’ll last or how durable it is. Once you have it together and put clothes in it it seems a bit more sturdy. I knew it wasn’t going to be great when I bought it, but it does the job I needed it to I suppose. You get what you pay for! Lol

Overall, this is a good quality product for the cost. I was skeptical at first due to the small size of the box. However, IF you follow the directions, it is fairly easy to assemble - it's better to put together with 2 people. I bought this to store Christmas decorations/wreaths in and it works great and is large and sturdy enough to hold my items. I like the configuration and believe it would be a good option for clothes storage as intended.

Assembled in less than an hour by myself. Instructions very simple and thorough. I liked that it came with a few extra parts. Can be opened or shut and looks good either way.

I would have given a rating of 5 stars, but the instructions are terrible. I could have assembled this in one third the time with clear instructions! I wound up using the photo on Best Buy as a guide to put it together. Why would anyone market such a good product with lousy instructions to build?

Well, I'm missing 6 different bits to it - thankfully I'm not actually using it to hang things but it's incomplete/precariously sitting in my office right now. Displeased.

Overall it’s a okay product. Nevertheless, it could be a little more sturdy and they need a better way to show the instructions.

This closet is good and as described. Not very easy to assemble, provided instructions are not clear and could be much better.

You’re getting good quality for the price you pay, but one of the shelves instantly started tearing when I tried to put weight on it (not much, just a basket of clothes). Also I ended up being short two of the plastic pieces BUT I had 2 extras of another one I was able to substitute so it worked out. It’s not designed to last a long time, but it works for what I need

Was under the impression the shelves were also cloth which would make it at least a decent product, but plastic? Cmon like paper thin plastic that once you put a few sweatshirts on tear right off the chincy rods. It was only 40 bucks but I woulda rather paid a little extra for quality

The instructions were a tiny piece of paper with 5 images no words. So it took me about 45 mins to put it together. Its a bit wobbly but works well enough in the house. I have a lot of hangers in there but it's stable.

I was happy and unhappy with my purchase I was happy because it’s what I needed 😀 I was unhappy because a few of the pieces were missing so I couldn’t finish putting it together I paid enough money to have all the pieces in the box and have a completed little closet 😫😤😢

I’m disappointed with this one; my bix came with a missing pole and 2 extra plastic pieces🤷‍♀️ The materials used are thin and of low quality . Can not with stand any weight what do ever. Not sure if it’s possible for it to hold all the stuff shown in the they show in the advertisement

Maybe my own fault, but I thought it would be a sturdier product for the price. If you're just putting lighter items on the shelf, it is fine. Overall, it serves its purpose but isn't something I'd buy again.

The product itself is okay but it has some missing parts. Takes a lot of energy, time and ur own thoughts since it doesnt come with any guidelines.
