Doesn't drip, tear or stay on the blade

I've used these for many years so I knew them when I ordered them. They are very durable and lightweight. The greatest value is that you can eat anything with sauce or any sauce and it absolutely does not moisturize the plate like a paper plate. I don't think even thick paper plates can withstand that. No color choice and therefore four instead of five stars. I got blue.
