The thrust bearing on my bandsaw's lower jaws was snarling so it was time to replace it. The bearing screamed after being cut when pressure was applied to it. The bearing had a number on it so I didn't have to go to the saw manufacturer who charged more than the cost of the bearing itself. Revane had less with Prime. I chose this one because the plastic bearing caps can be pulled out to wash and lubricate the reels, unlike the ones that have metal pressed into the caps. These bearings are not heavily machined but are exposed to sawdust. If I have one in stock I'm ready to need another after ten years of use.
