I bought this DocCam to use in my virtual classroom. During my virtual lessons I have to simulate writing strategies, reading strategies and math problems. I used to share my screen with a student and use the whiteboard when students needed special help. Writing on the board is very difficult. This DocCam makes my virtual lessons much easier. I love this camera dock. It's very easy to set up. You just need to plug it into your computer's USB port and the computer will recognize it automatically. No software required. The image quality is excellent and there is no image lag even in very low light conditions. The camera is very compact and you can rotate it in any direction to suit your needs. It also came with a lavalier mic so I can now speak softly and my students can hear me well. Highly recommended.
