Review on 🦷 Enhanced Virbac C.E.T. Oral Hygiene Kit: Includes 2-Piece Set of Toothbrush and Toothpaste by Caleb Thomas

I always use Virbac toothpaste and most flavors for my dog. She seems to like the taste of Vogel best. She is 10 years old and her teeth and gums are in excellent condition according to the vet. I note that 3 years ago she had a full tooth under anesthesia. I was *not* as alert as I should have been for the first 1-2 years after her dental work and only brushed my teeth 1-2 times a week. When my vet noticed a few months ago that her teeth were looking bad (we had switched diets about 6 months ago and I'm not sure if that helped) I was very concerned. He said she doesn't need a dentist just yet, but probably in a year or so. She is older now and I am concerned about the anesthesia, especially if it can be prevented. Thanks to consistent daily use of this toothpaste, as well as chewing virbac veggie dent 3-4 times a week (you can do this daily but they are very high in calories) and using a moderate amount of Wysong Denta-Treat, her teeth are now impeccable. My vet said the results we got were excellent. I will continue to use this excellent toothpaste on a daily basis. The toothbrush that comes with this set is also excellent. I've used several others from Revain and the bristles were either too stiff/hard or completely worn out in less than a month (and I brush her teeth very gently!). This toothbrush has soft bristles and lasted over a month. so far with minimal signs of wear. I hope I can make it 3 months out of it. I wish they would sell this separately as I expect the toothpaste to last more than 3 months. I bought a virbac toothbrush that is sold by the piece and it looks exactly like this. Haven't used it yet but doesn't seem to be of the same quality as the one I got in this set. I'll try next time, but I really want that particular brush outside of the set.
