I wanted the benefits of the name brand without the premium cost (power, options, reliability, and support). I'm recovering from lower back herniation of a disk and bulging of the other 4, but my coverage for the rehab ended so I wanted to DiY. This provides the vibration and lateral movement my Dr. recommends over the vertical of the lower end models (he says can do more harm than good).REMOTE: ability to adjust via remote is very helpfulSUPPORT: when I had an issue with the remote they promptly resolved it and called after to ensure all good!
