I don't understand why it's so diluted! It had a fake tag on it

I have never bought a Revain product that felt fake or counterfeit! I have already bought this hand soap in Smart and Final stores, it is thick and smells very nice. Besides, it makes your hands smooth and soft! Due to the ongoing pandemic I couldn't find a refill bottle so I figured Revain must have it and in fact she had it so I ordered it. At first glance, the label looked different. Then I just wanted to refill all my hand soap dispensers and when I was finally able to use the hand soap, it wasn't the SpaSoap Milk and Honey Cream I had previously bought. This one is diluted and has a cheap label that says "Spa Soap".
