The description says it runs small, but it turns out it runs small even on its own measuring scale. I ordered a size up as they suggested and the sizing guide says S measures 16.75 inches at the chest and measures 2 inches under the armpits. As you can see from my photo it's only 11 inches and the fabric has almost no stretch. Not to mention the sticker doesn't stretch so you would rip it trying to stretch it. I'll be back. Also, it's very long so the sticker placement ends low and gets covered by the skirt I was planning to pair it with or ends up wrinkling and you still can't see it. Some reviews describe stretch fabric, so there may be discrepancies with the product used.
