Review on πŸ“± Enhance Your iPod 5G, 5.5G with the Belkin Kickstand Case in Black by Jerry Mills

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Good idea, terrible execution

I wish I had seen the reviews on here before buying mine. I totally agree with Byron and T-Diddy. Keep in mind that some of them are just my theoretical conclusions and some are real experiences. The material is top. The leather is very high quality. That's where the positives end. The back of my body is very stiff. If I bend it back to turn it into a "stand" I'm afraid of breaking it. And because it's very stiff, the little button on the fabric band isn't strong enough to hook the top button. The case is too narrow for a 60GB player, and since you have to slide the iPod halfway out to dock it or install a stand, that whole stand feature is utterly useless to me. Usually people buy a case to protect their iPods or at least to feel safe. In my opinion, this case failed in this respect. The carabiner is a great idea, but the only thing stopping your iPod from kissing the ground at high speed is a thin ribbon of fabric, which in turn is held together by a simple snap that isn't very strong (see my comment on this ). t hold down the top button). And because the carabiner makes the whole thing swing when I walk, I'm constantly afraid that either the strap will snap or the buckle will come loose. I know that the laws of physics will one day overcome this case. In this case, there is no rest when I'm doing something more rigorous than sitting or standing still. On the first day I used the carabiner for about 2 blocks before having to put everything in my jacket pocket. No iPods were damaged in the incident. The suitcase was returned immediately.
