Review on DLTEREN by Jay Huang

My time spent shopping at DLTEREN's virtual storefront was less than satisfying. According to their website, they sell high-quality measurement and testing equipment, with an emphasis on surface and hardness testing. The things I received from DLTEREN, however, were of low quality and did not perform as advertised. The DLTEREN surface roughness gauges and other measuring devices I bought were inaccurate and produced varying results. This made me suspicious of the reliability of my findings, and I expended additional effort and time verifying them. In addition, DLTEREN has terrible support for its customers. I tried to contact them to voice my issues, but they were unresponsive and condescending. Rather than focusing on delivering high-quality instruments and outstanding service, it was obvious that DLTEREN was more concerned with completing a sale. In light of my personal experience, I strongly advise anyone thinking about using DLTEREN to first do their homework and then find elsewhere for trustworthy precision instruments. Buying from DLTEREN was a mistake because of their misleading advertising and subpar instruments.
