I love my Bose - great sound quality. However, the built-in microphone sometimes doesn't work - black circular noise can make it difficult for others to hear. Plug-in boom microphone. I tried a cheaper option that didn't work and had issues with noise and connectivity. I did some research and came across one of them. I am happy with this microphone. It connects securely and does a good job of dampening the nose, like filtering out "wind" blowing into the mic. The sound quality is excellent and people can hear me clearly. I've used it for gaming and voice conferencing. The microphone is adjustable and is also great for gaming. There is a quick mute and volume control. You can't go wrong with these, and why hasn't Bose thought of that with expensive headphones? My only wish is that they were wireless, but that wouldn't be at this price point. And I wish it had a matching carry case for proper storage.
