So I'm going to address the elephant in the room first. I bought this monitor in August 2020. It has worked great for 90% of the year I've owned it. It initially hits 165Hz without the need for overclocking or anything like that. It has good gaming response times and is a decent size, but isn't too big if you need a multi-monitor setup. It's more than reasonable for its price. However, I said it worked great for 90% of the year. This is because around June 2021, white spots appeared on the monitor, which disturbed the view and was very uncomfortable to look at. The reason this review is still 5 stars is the absolutely amazing customer service Scepter has provided me. I contacted TA via email and they asked me for the standard things: make and model, model number, etc. They then told me to submit an RMA request to fix the problem. This was done free of charge, even without guarantees or insurance. On top of that, they even provided me with packaging to ship the monitor safely and a new adapter/stand when I sent it back from a free repair. I only had to pay for the delivery of the package myself. So while I did have a minor cosmetic issue (a few white spots on the monitor), the amazing customer service and overall reliability of the monitor otherwise allowed me to write a 5 star review with confidence. You are a great Zepter company and I will keep you in mind for future purchases.
