My expectations for JOYROOM's web store were lofty, but I was left feeling let down. While the website is user-friendly and they offer a wide variety of electrical accessories, I had trouble getting in touch with a helpful representative. It took me a few tries to contact their customer service team when I received a faulty product. They were unresponsive and useless even after I reached them, so I was stuck with a defective item and no way to fix it. In addition, compared to other available options, I think some of their goods are overpriced. Though JOYROOM's goods are generally satisfactory, the company's high prices and unsatisfactory customer service leave much to be desired.
