Bought and used for samsung 980 pro for my ps5. The heatsink itself feels nice, but nothing special since it's just a small and probably solid piece of copper. The thermal pad and strips that come with it are a joke though! The padding is so super thin and the side of it literally fell off the strip (it's worth noting I didn't have any extra thermal pads or strips in reserve so I had to use what was available) The strips were 4 very tight and tiny, crisp, stretchy (barely) and I had to take another pair of hands to use my brushes to separate the rings and slide the NVME through the tiny gap and connect everything together. I think 3 stars is more than fair considering that this is a single sided cooler only, it comes with BAD hardware, it comes without any packaging and everything is packed in a transparent zippered bag. I'm worried that the thermal pad or rings will fail or cause costly problems later when I use the hard drive. Other sellers selling better heatsinks for the same price should be reconsidered if the only reason you are buying this one is because it ships earlier than others. It might be worth waiting to spend that much and get something that you don't have to worry about expiring.
