Let me start with what I had to have 2. The first fanndidnt job sent it back and I had to wait for the second. This fan definitely adds decent circulation when it's on. The first two settings are a bit louder than I would like, but the lowest setting is fine. As for the temperature setting, the fan probably costs what it costs, not worth it if that's your main reason. for sale. The temperature setting simply reads the setting in the room and presumably turns the fan on/off based on the temperature you choose. Unfortunately, the Fhebfan only blows air out of the room, so when it's hot it doesn't actually cool anything, so the temperature in the room never drops and the fan just blows non-stop. Not what I expected. The only reason I didn't return the second fan was because we threw away the boxes.
