Sensitive skin is a problem I've had problems with dry skin for a long time, depending on the weather or the season. This mainly affects my hands, forcing me to explore the different options to find the right hand soap. I train outside and jogging is my main cardio workout. I like to run in the mornings and it is very cold and dry here in autumn and winter.
