For years I have been bothered by wind noise while cycling as my tinnitus has been getting worse. Those Wind Bloxes really help. They don't cut out all noise and if there is a strong cross wind that day you still have some noise. However, I've tested with and without and I think they remove at least half the noise, maybe more. I'm ordering another pair for my girlfriend before she steals mine!
