Review on Adata XPG SX8200 Pro 1TB NVMe SSD with 3D NAND, Gen3x4 PCIe M.2 2280, R/W 3500/3000MB/s (ASX8200PNP-1TT-C) by Rusna Djanur Buana ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not perfect quality, some small defect.

Everywhere on the images branded ADATA chips are indicated. I received some UNIC2 NAND instead of the expected Micron TLC NAND. There is information and tests on the Internet if anyone is interested in the details. For me, this is a clear scam. Even on the package itself there are branded chips (alas, I didn’t take a picture).

Pros
  • Quite fast Cheaper than analogues Heat diffuser included
Cons
  • Memory chips - some Chinese noun (see comments)! Took off 2 stars for that. To get the promised Acronis True Image HD 2022, you need to register the device using the Warranty Code (not the serial number!) Which, of course, is indicated on the sticker on the INSIDE side of the SSD. I first stuck and then I was "delighted" by the ADATA website.

Has some pros Fast, fault tolerant, running 24/7 on a device with remote access. With its cons. For myself, I don't see it.
