I've been using these road cycling shoes for three months now. All in all this is a good sturdy shoe. I use SPD pedals and cleats because I ride them and they seem best for that. The footbed is solid and the power transfer to the crank is good even when out of the saddle. After reading other reviews before purchasing, the general consensus was to order half a size up as they run small. My only regret is that I didn't order them a full size up because they are short and tight. It amazes me why cycling shoe manufacturers don't offer large widths. I use thicker wool socks for cold weather skiing and have a standard medium width foot. With this shoe it was almost painful with thicker socks. I recommend going up a size if wearing thicker socks in colder weather and adjusting with thin insoles.
