This is my first irrigator so I'm still adjusting. There's no information on the box or instructions as to what parts are included, and there's definitely no way to plug it into an outlet. Charging cable - USB. Many of us have adapters these days, and I have an extra one, but the problem is that the device is incomplete. The water pressure is painful, but if I push enough buttons it will drop to a comfortable level. My dentist suggested using it in the shower, which is necessary because water splashes everywhere even when my big mouth is closed. I haven't had it long enough to know how durable it is.
