Defective product -- Do not buy
This product was defective. The picture quality was very poor with horizontal wavy lines. The audio quality was poor and it sounded like the VHS was underwater. The rewind, fast forward, play and stop buttons didn't work at all. At first I thought it was a defect in my VHS cassette. When I put my tape in my old VCR (same brand) it played perfectly. I've had my old VCR for over 30 years and it still works great. I wanted an extra VCR. I returned the product to Amazon and received my refund quickly.
