I go to the knife every day!
This is the second one I've bought. My first was 2 years old and I dropped it and it broke the handle. So I ordered another one. It has a lot of weight, the ideal length of the blade. When cutting thick vegetables like acorn squash, this blade is strong enough not to bend or bend. Right on the vegetables. Great knife. I cook all the food in my house and cook a knife every day.
