I've had lower back pain and sciatica for many years and working at home it gets only got worse worse for me over the last year. I was looking for a cheaper solution than going to a chiropractor when I came across this back carrier. Let me tell you - this was the best purchase this year and the relief I felt was incredible. I've used it once a day and I can easily do things that used to be difficult like wash my face or shop for groceries. The height adjuster was particularly helpful, allowing me to gradually increase the stretch. Not to mention the quality of the packaging.
