Great product even better customer service

Okay, first I had an issue with the epoxy not curing. So why should I give this product 5 stars? Because of customer service and end product results. I called the customer service number with the business card that was in my kit. Tim, Epoxy Manager, was so upset that I called with my problem as he was trying to figure out the cause for other customers. Luckily I was 40 minutes from the main office. We agreed the next day that he could come to my house and do some tests. After several tests we found that the UV light from the key fob in my kit was quite weak. Our initial suspicion was that the light was somehow being suppressed during product distribution/delivery, draining the battery. Tim then showed me how to fix a few small chips including how to fold and attach a curing strip (or packing tape) to fix the edge chips, bending it to shape the cured epoxy into the shape of the edge . . [If you take some tape and cut it halfway across each end and then cut it in half lengthwise you'll have a smooth surface to position against the epoxy and sticky ends to attach to the granite] Write down what you do want to get light as close to the surface as possible and make some kind of stand to keep the light as close to the epoxy as possible so you can leave it on for 5-10 minutes depending on the chip size. If it's still a little sticky you can use 250 grit sandpaper and then 600/1000/2000 grit sandpaper to smooth the epoxy down onto the existing surface (remember to dampen the higher grit paper with a few drops of water) . The included polish is an excellent surface finish even after smoothing. I had some chips around my kitchen sink and the repair went great. Two quick points: Their company's pro kit has a powerful epoxy UV light that cures the epoxy in seconds. The flashlight alone costs over $75, but I was so impressed that I almost bought it just for a small renovation. It was wonderful. Also, the company stands behind its product as it deserves and Tim makes sure his customers are happy. I later changed the battery in my original UV keychain flashlight and it worked great with the brighter light. for the product and great desire to get it working for me was like I've never experienced from any type of customer support. The company has exceptional ethics, support and products. I have attached a picture of my stand with UV light. LCA(TM) CLEAR, light-cure acrylic DIY kit for granite, marble and porcelain surfaces
