This product works!

I appreciate a product that does what it promises! As soon as it arrived (2 days on Prime) I fixed the large (1/2" LX 3/8" WX 1/4" D) chip on the edge of the granite countertop. Because it was so big, I did cured it with blue light for 30 minutes (recommended 8-10).It healed very well.It left a small hole on one end so I used more material and filled in and it was hard as a rock. After lightly sanding with Wet paper and buff buffing paste I think it looks really good don't go too fast to save…

Absolutely the best product for granite repair!

Ok I read the reviews I was a little nervous but this kit is great for repairing chips in granite surfaces! I have serious OCD issues so the 'easy' fix for me, to be honest, was just ripping out the gauges and replacing them when I realized I had the chip! Luckily I'm cheap too! Some of these kits were much more expensive. I got this one and they solved the light problem! It comes with a small cardboard stand for the light, and the light itself has a switch! I was fully prepared to break out of

I just successfully repaired a flat 1/2" x 3/4" chip on my granite countertop. Long story short, I was trying to enlarge the hole in the countertop from 1 3/8" to 1 1/2" and I didn't have a diamond tipped tool. I lost my patience as I grinded it more. I've read a lot of bad reviews about the UV Curing Acrylic Repair Kit. I decided to give it a try since it's the only solution that's also used by professionals. Like others, I let it heal for much longer than just a few minutes. I attached a UV…

Good product, best in category Artist Supplies & Tools

Some tips for this repair: 1. Take a paper cup, cut a slit in the bottom and remove about 1/3 of it Side. , then attach a flashlight to it so that it hangs about half an inch above the surface to be repaired. Makes your life easier. 2. Illuminate the repaired area for at least 10 minutes. This resulted in no tack when the cure strip was removed. (I had 2 chips, about 1/2" wide and 1/8" deep.) 3. Use a single edged blade at an 85 degree angle (almost perpendicular to the work surface) and scrape

Great product even better customer service

Okay, first I had an issue with the epoxy not curing. So why should I give this product 5 stars? Because of customer service and end product results. I called the customer service number with the business card that was in my kit. Tim, Epoxy Manager, was so upset that I called with my problem as he was trying to figure out the cause for other customers. Luckily I was 40 minutes from the main office. We agreed the next day that he could come to my house and do some tests. After several tests we…
